Returns & Exchanges

Select Subsurface pieces are final sale. Final sale items are shown on individual product pages.

For all other pieces, we will happily issue store credit or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags in place within 10 days of written approval from hello@subsurface.tv. Items must show no visible signs of wear, stains, makeup, perfume scent, etc. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be provided with return tracking information. At this time, we do not issue refunds on any orders.

Subsurface reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements. All returns must be accepted by the Subsurface team with written approval.

Subsurface does not accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping via UPS, options available at checkout.

Subsurface assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, undelivered, or returned to sender during transit.

We've partnered with our shipping courier to provide 100% carbon neutral shipping. For each Subsurface shipment, we pay a bit extra for our courier to participate in projects like wastewater management, reforestation, tree planting initiatives, and more.
